7.4 is a thriving business and we are looking for an experienced project manager with medical communications agency experience to join our talented team in Oxford or Richmond (London).

  • Support the Account Director to ensure effective and efficient client service at all times
  • Proactively maintain accurate documentation, including status reports, project databases and other project-related documentation
  • Actively participate in the regular review and updating of internal financial systems and reports, and oversee monthly invoicing process
  • Help to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal colleagues, clients and external suppliers Support the Account Director with development of new project proposals


Candidates for this role should have: 



  • Experience of managing projects for medical communications agencies is preferred; general communications, marketing or PR project management experience is essential
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
