The opportunity

Our team has an excellent reputation for the high quality of work that we deliver to global clients. Our continued success has created a new opportunity for a project finance assistant to join our team in Bollington (Cheshire), Manchester, Oxford, or Richmond (London).

This role sits within the client service team and will provide financial support to a key group of accounts, with a major pharmaceutical client. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting project budgeting and forecasting, including timeline and expenses tracking and raising of monthly invoices  
  • Financial tracking, including interim and final reconciliations to ensure efficient project closure
  • Updating monthly spreadsheets for internal and client use
  • Providing timely and accurate financial information and guidance to client service team members
  • Supporting ad hoc requests from editorial and commercial team members


About you

You will have experience in finance management and administration, strong Excel skills, and be able to integrate quickly into an established team. As an exceptionally organized individual, with great attention to detail, you will thrive when working on multiple tasks that require initiative and strict deadline management.
