Project coordinator – healthcare communications

Job description

As a result of continued business growth in China and East Asia, we’re looking for an individual to provide project management, communications and administrative support to our growing team based in Shanghai.


This role would provide experience and exposure to our clients (primarily the Chinese subsidiaries of global pharmaceutical companies). It would entail a variety of project support activities working alongside the client team, including:


  • General client team and business administration
  • Liaison with clients and medical experts
  • Scheduling meetings and general meeting management
  • Project management and timeline tracking
  • Congress management and organization
  • Financial administration support

Requirements

Candidates for this role will have native fluency in Mandarin, excellent verbal and written English language skills, as well as:


  • Experience of working in a similar role for a healthcare communications agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, consistently demonstrating proactivity and initiative in their role
  • A flexible approach and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, friendly team
  • Education to degree level
