It comprises an integrated cluster of branded agencies and specialisms, encompassing medical communications, healthcare learning, clinical and commercial consultancy, market access, rare diseases, genomic medicine, digital engagement and advocacy.

As a result of exciting business growth, we have a new vacancy for an experienced publications manager to join our UK-based team. The role can be based from any of our six UK office locations (Dundee, Manchester, Bollington, Oxford, Richmond or Brighton). Responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for managing a broad range of publications projects from briefing to delivery
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs, deadlines and budgets
  • Proactively driving projects forward and ensuring work is completed on time and to scope
  • Developing and implementing new processes to benefit the team and ongoing projects
  • Working closely with scientific and client services colleagues to ensure the delivery of high quality publications work


Candidates for this role should have:

  • An academic background in biomedical science (PhD desirable) and CMPP qualification
  • Significant experience of managing publications for healthcare/medical communications agencies
  • Scientific understanding and enthusiasm for healthcare-related topics, particularly in the fields of genomic medicine and rare diseases
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactivity and the initiative to drive projects forward
  • A flexible approach and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, friendly team
