Digital project manager - healthcare communications

AMICULUM Digital provides specialist services to global pharmaceutical industry clients and includes developers, designers, pharmaceutical communications experts and project managers, who specialize in the creation and deployment of technologies to meet the needs of our clients. AMICULUM Digital is part of the independent, privately-owned cluster of healthcare communications agencies that comprise AMICULUM (www.amiculum.biz), with offices in New Zealand, China, Singapore, UAE, Switzerland, UK and USA.


As a result of exciting business growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced digital account manager or project manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will hold a key position within the Digital team, working closely with internal and external clients to deliver multi-channel communications. You will be able to build rapport and develop effective working relationships and demonstrate excellent client service, account management, digital project management and communication expertise.


Knowledge and experience of digital marketing within an agency environment is essential, while previous experience of working within the medical communications industry would be advantageous.

Requirements


Candidates should have the following experience:


  • Proven communications agency account handling experience 
  • Excellent client service skills 
  • Excellent financial management skills, including a thorough understanding of budget development, negotiation and control 
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively 
  • The ability to work with multiple AMICULUM agency teams, helping us to deliver digital solutions and support
  • A proactive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
  • Demonstrable knowledge of modern digital marketing practices


As a digital account manager or project manager, you will have at least 2–3 years’ or equivalent communications agency experience in digital technologies and marketing communications. You should possess advanced project management skills and be able to direct the delivery of complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
