Account handler - healthcare communications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced account handler to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract from July 2018. The role supports two of the specialist agencies in the AMICULUM cluster, Evida and Comradis. Evida is our healthcare consultancy providing support to clients across the pharmaceutical development process (watch this video to learn more about what we do). Comradis is a medical communications and commercialization consultancy with a particular focus on rare diseases.


The role will span a variety of project types and encompass a range of responsibilities including financial tracking, budget development, project management, resource tracking and meeting delivery. There will be a F2F handover period to bring you up to speed and we are then looking for someone who will be able to hit the ground running. 

Requirements

You will need to be comfortable working with two teams in parallel and with team members split across multiple AMICULUM locations. Office-based working is preferred in Bollington or Oxford but is not essential. This role will include client interaction so we are looking for someone with great organization and communication skills. Healthcare and medical communications agency experience in a similar role is essential.
